Oregon is grain and wine country, and these two distillers pay homage to these classic European spirits from the Low Countries and from Italy. In the Beavis Bar we have a large collection of Grappa and of Genever. Here are some very unique ones. Then finish the flight with a bit of sweetness. First drink the Genever, which is the most subtle of the spirits with complex flavours of citris, licorice, husk, sea air, and mint. Then the Grappa, a rich pinot noir. And finish off with the creamy and lightly sweet Rum, with notes of honey, milk chocolate, butterscotch and banana. The sweetest for last.
