Dry Martini 6:2 1930’s Mix

In the 20’s, when this drink appeared, the ratio was 2:1 – not so dry. By the 1940’s it was 4:1. Very dry and much stronger. Our take is someplace between: a strong drink, with a mediterranean-style gin – from North Holland ! – and pretty dry but not so much as later. The vermouth is absolutely not the original Martini & Rossi – we picked vermouth from a small producer in Berlin who uses Italian wine, of course, but mixes it here. Serve in a frozen martini glass, please.
8cl bottled cocktail.
